eBook Cancellations & Returns 

Please contact the vendor where you purchased your eBook to request a refund.

Print Book Cancellations (prior to dispatch)

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our warehouse urgently, because once we have charged and dispatched your order we cannot cancel it.

Print Book Returns (After an item is delivered)

You must contact us before returning any item.

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our warehouse as soon as possible.

Books returned to us without prior agreement will not be credited or acknowledged. We accept no liability for financial losses incurred by customers who have submitted unauthorized returns.

Customers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for digital items (e.g. eBooks) where the item has been downloaded.

Please note that you are responsible for postage/carriage costs of returning the items to us unless the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the purchase price for that item.
